Realizou-se no pretérito dia 17 de Maio do corrente, em Luanda, a mesa redonda sobre A Resiliência Urbana em Luanda e a sua Ligação com o Plano Director de Água e Saneamento e suas Actividades, organizado pela Direcção Nacional de Águas (DNA) do Ministério da Energia e Águas, em colaboração com a Unidade Técnica de Gestão e Saneamento de Luanda (UTGSL) do Governo Provincial de Luanda.
O evento, coordenado pela DNA, contou com a participação da Directora Geral da UTGSL, Zenilda Mandinga, equipa de especialistas de água e recursos hídricos do Banco Mundial, representantes do Instituto Nacional de Recuros Hídricos (INRH), Empresa Pública de Águas de Luanda (EPAL EP), Instituto Regulador dos Serviços de Electricidade e de Água (IRSEA), Gabinete para a Administração das Bacias Hidrográficas do Cunene, Cubango e Cuvelai (GABHIC), Unidade de Coordenação de Projectos e técnicos seniores da DNA. Foram abordados vários temas ligados à problemática de Água e Saneamento na província de Luanda, entre eles, os desafios e oportunidades no abastecimento de água, drenagem das águas residuais e pluviais, bem como a recolha de contribuições para os Termos de Referência da Estratégia Nacional de Saneamento, financiada pelo Banco Mundial.
Por último, fez-se um exercício de troca de ideias/opiniões, com enfoque no que é preciso para Luanda e como os sectores podem trabalhar em conjunto.
No encerramento dos trabalhos, a Directora Nacional de Águas, Elsa Ramos, agradeceu aos presentes em nome do Ministério da Energia e Águas.
