O Ministro da Energia e Águas, João Baptista Borges e o Governador da Província de Malanje, Marcos Nhunga, procederam, hoje, 11 de Maio de 2023, à inauguração de dois importantes projectos que irão contribuir grandemente para a melhoria das condições de vida das populações desta região, nomeadamente, o Sistema de Abastecimento de Água de Cangandala e a Rede de Distribuição de Energia de Cangandala.
Fez igualmente parte destes dois importantes actos, o Secretário de Estado para as Águas, Manuel Quintino.
O Sistema de Abastecimento de Água de Cangandala contém uma rede de distribuição de 5.819 metros, 14 chafarizes de 4 bicas, 13 chafarizes de 2 bicas, com uma execução de 20 ligações domiciliárias, 480 ligações tipo torneira de quintal e irá beneficiar cerca de 40.537 habitantes.
Procedeu-se igualmente, em Cangandala, ao acto de Inauguração da Rede de Distribuição de Energia de Cangandala, com o momento simbólico do accionar do disjuntor. Esta importante infraestrutura irá beneficiar, com a nova rede, cerca de 3000 famílias e em Cangandala sede, abrange os bairros do Beije - Cassuco, 200 Fogos e Vila Clemente. Relativamente à periferia de Malanje, vai beneficiar os bairros de Construção Dirigida, Catepa Camatondo, Don Quixote, Vila Matilde, Vila Matilde - Pimpão, Camussacala, Quizanga, Cahezo, Canganbo 1, Canganbo / Xawande e Kabaluata.
